Our Story

Coop 303 features modern cuisine and signature cocktails served in a sleek environment suitable for any occasion.

Deliciously crafted and remarkably unique, Coop 303 was born from a desire to serve up Florida regional cuisine with a side of genuine, caring hospitality.

We can be found at 303 Atlantic Boulevard, Atlantic Beach in the heart of the North Beaches Town Center. We have an array of seating environments available. Gather with friends at our community tables, get cozy in our intimate alcove booths or enjoy the beautiful weather on our front porch, upstairs balcony, or beautiful rooftop garden.

Happy hour specials, weekend brunch and diet-sensitive options ensure there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Both full-service bars offer small plates and snacks for you to pair with our wide variety of beers, cocktails, wines and exclusive whiskies.

With two full bars to choose from, you can retire upstairs to the Parlor for a more intimate place to dine, chat and sip one of our signature cocktails.

Join us in the Parlor as we feature local live music or reserve the area to host your private events. Complete with a separate entrance and a devoted full bar, it is an ideal space for any special occasion or client event! Multiple levels of dining offer a diverse environment of three unique rooms and relaxing outdoor patios.

Chef Joshua Agan has over 25 years of creativity and experience in various luxury hotels and top-rated restaurants in San Francisco, Berkeley, Aspen and right here in Jacksonville. Most recently, he helped create the menu selections for our sister concept and neighbor the Flying Iguana Taqueria and Tequila Bar. Joshua’s knack for combining unique and common ingredients in a harmonious way makes each dish one you could enjoy every day.

With more than 20 years of experience, Roly Anderson’s passion goes well beyond bartending and mixology. He is true steward of the craft. Whether his drinks are paired with or without something from Joshua’s kitchen, each of his selections are thoughtfully chosen.
